Charles the Scribe

On the Island of Ebufen, a long time ago, there were two monster hunters, named Aido and Falco, who were renowned throughout the land. But how did their tales of glory and adventure and danger come to be passed down to us, when both of the two can't write?
(I mean, Aido's blind, so that should be obvious, and Falco can barely even read)

CHARLES, a famous scribe, started following the two around at the request of several kings. Unfortunately, Charles is used to a subtle, quiet, rich life. SO, he often is left cowering behind the pair of hunters.
